Napa Cosmetology Collective was originally founded in 2022, although the passion for education dates back much further...15 years to be exact. Founders Angie and Kelly decided to make this dream Angie has had since her own time in cosmetology school, a reality. Our vision is to push the boundaries of hairstyling and foster a commitment to education. We want to create a submersive educational experience for every student. Teaching you things other schools gloss over, or miss altogether! At The Collective, we are passionate about ongoing education, promoting internal development, and cultivating individualism and self expression.

Our educational Team consists of talented instructors committed to highlighting foundational skills, creative color, session styling, retail, management and customer service. The Collective will offer Cosmetology, Esthetics, & Manicuring programs. In Addition, we will offer a continued education platform consisting of pop-up classes, master classes, and specialty events. We want our students, educators, and community to grow with us.

Student Services

Service Level I

Student services are in place to assist our students in LEARNING the skills required to become Hair, Skin, and Nail professionals. These folks are the next generation of professionals ready to take on the world. Please be kind and understand that they are practicing to hone their skills to better service their communities. Because we understand that students are not professionals and still have a long way to go in order to provide top tier service to our guests, we price our services accordingly. Service Level II

New Talent

New Talent is our second tier service level. These are recently graduated students that have been practicing their craft, with a state issued license, in their field. They are faster than students, but not at the pro level. They may still require some assistance from our professional partners. The price points reflect the increased educational and real world practical value they bring to the table, while acknowledging the fact that there's still a lot to learn. Please check them out on our "New Talent" and give them a shot! You won't be disappointed!!!

Pros

These folks are the top tier stylists and manicurists. They are seasoned professionals with anywhere from 3-30 years of service to our community. Each of these folks book their own clientele and manages their own schedules. If you have a hairstyle, cut, color, or nail art in mind, these are the folks that are going to take you there with the fastest and most precision services around.
